To make ice cream flavors some granulated sugar, ginger and vanilla extract should be combined in a saucepan. Then it should be boiled for some minutes and then left aside after turning it off to one hour. Take a separate bowl, mix some eggs with half cup of sugar then it should be beat with a holder for about fifteen minutes till it turns consistent. After removing the heat, the fine sieve should be strained into a medium size bowl.
The resulted semi solid can be stirred with the vanilla ice cream because it absorbs all the flavour inside it. The ice cream is then put in some large bowl contains some custard and ice water and left it until room temperature occurs. The whole bowl should then be covered with a lid and then refrigerated in 40 degree Fahrenheit for one hour. The ice cream flavors taste will never end up without the presence of cookies. So the cookie may be prepared by combining the salt, ginger, cloves, cinnamon, baking soda and flour. All these things are mixed with one another in a bowl and then fitted to paddle attachment. The ice cream combined with the brown sugar and butter are grinded till it turns fluffy and light. Add some eggs into that semi solid, after that molasses can be added is needed.
In a separate bowl the flour mixture can be made ready by combining the prepared mixture. By using the ice cream scoop, one inch cookie dough is scooped out and then turn into balls. Those balls are then applied into sheet tray cover added with some turbine sugar. The cookie and sugar paste should be gently tossed by covering the two things completely. Take a separate sheet tray and then place all the sugar coated balls of dough. The balls can be squished into any size that is based on the need of the eater. You can make into any size, and any designs if needed some cutters can also be used to cut into some designs. The prepared cookie in the tray is to be baked for 10 minutes. After that the cookie can be taken out and cool for some minutes. These cookies can be mixed with ice cream flavors while eating or serving.
