Most of the people who love to eat coconuts want each of their favorite ice creams to contain some grounded coconut. So the richer ice cream flavors can be made with the addition of some grounded coconut. Thus the simple procedure needs the ingredients like dark rum, heavy cream, superfine sugar, large egg yolks, minced ginger, half a cup milk and little coconut milk. Initially all the things like the ginger, milk and the coconut milk should be put into a sauce pan. That should be heated to some minutes so that all the things will mixed up and boil some time. After turn off the heat, the mixture then is cooled to the room temperature by placing it under air. This procedure can be done with or without the use of eggs. If the people who don’t want to eat egg, they can prepare the ice cream flavors without egg. And if they want the egg yolks and some sugar can be added to a heat proof medium size bowl. The whole mixture should be beat till all the things combine and give out some flavour. After that if needed the whisk should be added and mixed till the whole thing turned into yellow ribbon colour. While beating the mixture some amount of coconut milk should be added in half. This makes the whisking liquid blend in some little time duration. The coconut lovers can add as much as coconut milk into the semi solid, because it brings out very tasty ice cream.
If any remaining coconut milk is left out, that can be added if need or then placed separately so that whenever needed, coconut milk can be mixed with the liquid. This should be cooked till all the thick coated liquid mix well and with the help of wooden spoon, the mixture should be stirred constantly. If all the things present were boiled to the needed temperature, then that can be taken out from the oven. It then should be placed in the room temperature till the mixture turn cool. Because if the heating mixture is placed in the refrigerator, then the resulting thing will not be look like the ice cream. When the cooled mixture is placed inside the refrigerator, the bowl should be placed over an ice bath. On cooling the original ginger flavour will be mixed with the whole things present in the bowl.
The ice cream will be fully flavored and turned into yellow color. In some regular intervals of time, the ice cream should be stirred well and blended with rum. After the ice cream gets ready, the scooped ice cream flavors can then be served with cookies if needed. Garnishing can be made with the help of grounded coconut or coconut powder if it is liked by the eater or then simply placed in the serving bowl. If the eater likes to have some lime and mango then that should be sliced and put above the ice cream. These attract both the ice cream lovers to eat ginger and they never know that it is made of ginger.
